Need a macro to copy data from multiple columns and append to new sheet

I have a file that has data in each column for monthly performance (over multiple sheets).  I am looking to build a data block out of this and put it all into one sheet that I can use.  So, for one sheet, I would like to take all the data in columns K-N, and then P-S and then U-X… going up to columns Sq-ST.  I’d like to make this a variable where I change the last column (or it finds the last column).  The macro would find the last row of data in the column and use that to copy over the whole column.

I know how to do pieces of this but not something this complex.
