Hello Sir Please help! need to copy only selected cells from one sheet to another through VBA!

Hello Sir,

I have source excel which contains master data with say 150 columns. I want to automate the process where in I have to select the some fields(multi selects) from source sheet and copy the same to new sheet or new work book.

every time I may require to select different set of fields and then run vb scripts to get those fields copied to new sheet or work book.
